Why two bases in Wuhan and Dongguan?
Wuhan focuses on automotive engineering, while Dongguan specializes in manufacturing. Wuhan has ample automotive engineering staff; Dongguan has a mature manufacturing ecosystem. As of 2025, Wuhan hosts 11 auto OEMs and 1,000+ auto component suppliers, producing 945,000 vehicles annually with over 40,000 auto engineers. Dongguan's robust supply chain meets varied technical specs and project timelines.
What is the distance and travel time between Wuhan and Dongguan?
Straight-line distance: 820 km. High-speed rail (~1000 km): about 4 hours. Flight: about 1.5 hours. Self-drive: 12 hours. We mainly travel by high-speed rail or flight.
Can your engineering team communicate in English?
Our engineers speak English. After project nomination, they communicate directly one-on-one with clients through online meetings such as Teams.
Do your engineers provide overseas on-site services for 3D modeling design or CAE simulation?
Yes. We can deploy our engineers overseas on-site based on project scope, timeline and terms.
How do you protect our design confidentiality?
We sign NDAs. All your drawings and data are strictly protected internally.
How do you perform scanning for overseas reverse engineering projects?
Small components can be shipped to us for scanning. For large parts or large-volume projects, our engineers can bring a scanner to your site overseas for on-site scanning.
What file formats do you accept?
We support STEP, IGES, STL, CATIA, SolidWorks and PDF drawings.
What is your typical lead time?
Lead time depends on product complexity. We will confirm the timeline after reviewing your technical requirements.
Can I get samples before mass production?
Yes. Samples are available for evaluation. Sample cost and shipping will be quoted separately.
Can you provide inspection reports?
Yes. We can supply dimension inspection reports, material certificates and test reports upon request.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T. Special terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation.
