No drawings but need mass production? Missing car parts? No spare parts available? No original 3D modeling for your automotive modification or aftermarket project?
Start with a scan: editable digital models ready for auto modification, manufacturing, restoration and archival. Precision down to 0.02 mm, with partial geometry rebuilt parametrically so the model is usable for tooling rather than just a mesh.
Where it is used
- Classic car restoration — recreate unobtainable parts.
- Automotive aftermarket — build a CAD base for new products.
- Automotive spare parts — keep legacy vehicles serviceable.
- Car modification and customization — fit new geometry to existing bodies.
- Scanning precision|Up to 0.02 mm with industrial-grade scanners
Output|Parametric 3D CAD modeling, not a raw mesh
Rebuild|Partial geometry reconstructed to remove scan distortion
Overseas service|Engineers can travel on-site for large parts or large-volume projects

Workflow
Workflow for Reverse Engineering
01|SCAN|Industrial-grade scanners capture physical samples with micron-level precision (up to 0.02 mm) for accurate digital replication.
02|MODELING|Clean scan data to reconstruct parametric 3D CAD modeling; reconstruct partial geometry to eliminate distortion caused by physical part scanning.
03|PROTOTYPE|3D print, vacuum cast or soft steel tool prototypes to validate geometry, assembly and structural integrity before committing to full-scale production.
04|OPTIMIZE|Fine-tune 3D modeling based on prototype part validation in geometry, dimensions, clearances and tolerances to ensure assembly and function.
05|APPROVAL|Final engineering review and sign-off confirm compliance with specifications, authorizing the start of manufacturing and mass production.
06|PRODUCTION|Mass production performed in accordance with the confirmed quality standards and appearance samples.
